When electromagnetic flow meters are widely used in many industries, they mainly utilize the Faraday electromagnetic induction principle and are composed of flow sensors and transmitters. They are suitable for measuring the volume flow of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines, such as clean water, sewage, various acid, alkali and salt solutions, mud, mineral pulp, pulp, and food related liquids. Flowmeter manufacturers often pay attention to the following points when installing electromagnetic flow meters:

1. It should be installed at the lower part of the horizontal pipeline and vertically upwards, avoiding installation at the highest point and vertically downwards of the pipeline;

2. It should be installed at the rising point of the pipeline;

3. When installing open discharge pipelines, they should be installed at the lower part of the pipeline;

4. Control valves and shut-off valves should be installed downstream of the sensor. The manufacturer can be contacted by connecting the front 130, middle 2329, and back 0389, instead of being installed upstream of the sensor;

5. Sensors should never be installed at the inlet and outlet of the pump, but should be installed at the outlet of the pump;

6. It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible, avoiding sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should be between -20~+60 ℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.

7. There should be sufficient space around the flow meter for easy installation and maintenance.
